I am so grateful for the service provided by this company. I called before business hours and spoke to their answering service. They were very professional and personable. I received a call from the company soon after they opened and they gave me an appointment window between 9:30-11:30 that morning. Geoff arrived within that window – calling me before he arrived as promised. He got right to work fixing my mini split system and before long it was functioning properly and he even improved the aesthetics of the installation. I needed help before my Airbnb guest arrived that afternoon and I got it from Martin’s. When in need, I will call them again. Thank you so much! (PS – This kind of work is never cheap, but the price was reasonable.)

AC stopped cooling and house temp reached 83. Called Martin’s @ approx. 6:30 PM. Received a call from Rudy? the technician @ 6:45. He arrived shortly after 7:30 and had the unit up and running by 8:15. He was courteous, personable, informative and cooperative. It was a thoroughly satisfying experience. Thank you for your prompt response and repair of our AC. Kudos to all involved, especially Rudy(?).

Our air conditioner went out Sunday, and we managed to get it back on… upon which it promptly started leaking water. Our landlord contacted Martins cooling by the next morning, and within half an hour they had already called and confirmed an appointment for later that afternoon! The technician was great- Geoff Walsh gave me a good 40 minute call ahead and still arrived within the time window of 4-6 I was given. He explained what the problem was, cleaned out all the leaked water, unclogged the drain and flushed the unit, and I could feel everything working again within minutes. Lovely service and while I hope we never HAVE air conditioning problems again- I know who to call if we do!

Martins Cooling took the utmost care of me when my air conditioner went on the frizt all of a sudden. They came out that same day and took good care of me. My AC was 20 yrs. old and i eeded a new ne. They put it right in and my costs were extremely fair.

We highly recommend Martin’s Cooling and Heating.

In 2012 we purchased a home that needed extensive interior renovations. When the time came to clean and sanitize our ducts, our general contractor recommended Martin’s. Later that season we had a problem with getting the heating system to work. Geoff from Martin’s was highly responsive and went “the extra mile” in researching how to correct this problem with our outdated system and he repaired it successfully, somehow finding the parts!

In late 2013 we noticed water damage on our ceilings. Ultimately, this lead to having a thorough inspection of the ductwork , and an analysis of the adequacy of the existing [A/C] system. As it turned out the existing air conditioning was too large for the house and never effectively removed the humidity. It working ineffectively to the cool the area. The ductwork had never been properly sealed and in one case, improper material was installed. Johnny Martin spent a great deal of time and energy researching the problem and came back to us with a thoughtfully prepared plan to correct the issue, i.e. installing new ductwork and a new cooling/heating system.
We were very concerned about the amount of ceiling demolition that would be required to replace the ductwork due to the lack of ready access to areas through the attic. Through careful planning extra effort only one small hole had to be cut and the technicians that installed the ductwork were extremely careful to control the dust. Mike and Nick were amazing.
The new system is operating well and has solved the problem! We continue to receive follow up calls from Johnny and visits from Geoff. Natalie has been very efficient in scheduling visits and providing warranty information.
We cannot say enough about the level of courtesy, professionalism and care demonstrated by every employee we have had contact with.
It is not often that a company delivers more than is expected, nut that is the experience we have had with Martin’s Cooling and Heating. We would not hesitate to recommend them.
